The hotel is minutes away from the train station which is very convenient if you're catching the train from Paris. The reception staff are very friendly and spoke perfect English. The rooms are spacious, the bed is incredibly comfy (loved the pillows), the bathrooms are recently renovated and the Rituals products are a nice touch. There's a decent size fridge in the room. Breakfast was great too. It exceeded our expectations.

Excellent central location in Tours and not far off the autoroute. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Comfortable, quiet and well-appointed room. A great stopover on our journey south.

Every thing close to the train station which is a huge plus. The rooms are big bathrooms are nice.

Perfect location just next to the railway station, but not overlooking the busy and loud square in front. The room was sizeable and the hotel fulfilled our request to provide us with a room not facing the trains, thus greatly contributing towards the quietness during the night. There is a paid parking attached to the property.

The hotel is located right on the edge of the city centre. It has its own secure outdoor parking garage underneath. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable with great facilities. The breakfast was a buffet style with a great choice. Overall a great experience.

Clean, with all the essential amenities, coffee and tee pot in room, we appreciated also the little fridge. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The location and the free and secure carpark facility. Especially when on holidays you have a fully packed car, theft and damage to the car is a mayor worry

The Hotel was very well located next to the train station, easy walking around the surrounding area to restaurants, coffee, bakeries. The room as clean, the staff were pleasant, we were able to drop our bags early and leave them secure for the day.

We arrived late from dinner in town and since it happened to be my birthday, the night manager opened us bar to make me and my wife a drink. Absolutely loved such a generous and kind touch. Meant a lot. Didn't get his name but he is soon to retire. Other than that, nice modern and comfortable hotel...Recommended 👌

We liked the small kids area with toys and colouring pens. My toddlers really enjoyed playing here after a long trip. The bar was open so it was nice to sit with ours drinks and watch our kids play.
